Metafora Studio designed the full visual identity and editorial layout for Trans pe Piața Muncii 2024, the most comprehensive study on the experiences of trans and non-binary professionals in Romania. The challenge was to bring credibility, empathy, and boldness into one cohesive design system — a report that informs, engages, and advocates for visibility.

Every visual choice was intentional: refined typography, assertive white space, and a color palette inspired by the trans flag, used with restraint and respect. The result is a layout that balances emotional resonance with professional polish, ensuring the research is taken seriously by policymakers, media, and the public alike.
This project reflects what Metafora Studio stands for — design with purpose and social weight. By turning complex data and sensitive insights into a publication that commands attention, we helped the message reach beyond advocacy circles and enter the spaces where change actually happens.
